PRIVACY POLICYEffective Date: July 16, 2026ParaPulse respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the ParaPulse mobile application accesses, uses, stores, and handles information when you use the app.Information and Device Features ParaPulse UsesParaPulse may request access to supported device features and sensors, including:Camera

Battery and power informationThese features are used to provide ParaPulse’s environmental-detection, sensor-analysis, camera, and session-recording functions.Camera, SLS, and Position TrackingParaPulse includes an SLS-style camera feature that analyzes the live camera view to identify human-like shapes and display estimated body, limb, and joint positions on the screen.Camera images are processed during the active camera session to create the visual position-tracking overlay. ParaPulse does not use this feature to identify individuals, verify identity, perform facial recognition, or create biometric profiles.ParaPulse does not record or store photographs or video as part of the SLS camera feature. Estimated body-position and joint-tracking information is temporary, is used only to display the live overlay, and is not retained after processing.The term “position tracking” refers to estimated positions within the camera image. ParaPulse does not use this feature to determine or track the user’s geographic location.Camera access can be disabled at any time through the device’s iOS privacy settings. Disabling camera access will prevent camera-based features from functioning but will not prevent access to other supported app features.Microphone and Sound-Level InformationWhen microphone access is enabled, ParaPulse measures the current ambient sound level to detect changes in the surrounding environment.ParaPulse does not record, store, play back, transcribe, or transmit conversations or other audio. Only sound-level measurements needed for the environmental-detection feature are used.Microphone access may be disabled through the device’s iOS privacy settings.Environmental Sensor InformationParaPulse may use readings from the device’s magnetometer, accelerometer, barometer, ambient-light sensor, and battery system.These readings may be used to:Establish an environmental baseline

Display live sensor measurements
Generate experimental word detections
Provide detection-strength and session information

Saved session historyThis information is stored locally on the user’s device. Users may delete individual session entries, remove saved words or notes where supported, or clear their session history through the app.ParaPulse does not upload locally stored session history to an external server unless a future feature clearly informs the user and obtains any required permission.Geographic LocationParaPulse does not collect, store, or track precise or approximate geographic location information.Camera-based body-position tracking is limited to estimating positions within the live camera image and is not GPS or geographic-location tracking.Personal Information and AccountsParaPulse does not require users to create an account or provide their name, telephone number, mailing address, or other personal information to use the app.If a user contacts ParaPulse Support by email, the email address and any information voluntarily included in the message may be used only to review and respond to the support request.Users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive or personal information in support messages.Purchases and SubscriptionsParaPulse may offer paid downloads, in-app purchases, or auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.Purchases and subscription payments are securely processed by Apple using StoreKit and the user’s Apple Account. ParaPulse does not receive or store the user’s complete payment-card information or Apple Account password.ParaPulse may receive limited purchase information from Apple, such as:Whether a subscription is active
Subscription expiration or renewal status
Product purchased
Transaction or purchase identifiers
Eligibility for introductory or promotional offersThis information is used only to verify purchases, restore access, manage subscription entitlements, and provide paid app features. Apple securely processes In-App Purchases through StoreKit and provides the app with transaction and entitlement information.Subscription management, billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through Apple.Data SharingParaPulse does not sell or rent personal information.Locally stored session information, camera imagery, body-position data, microphone audio, and environmental sensor readings are not shared with advertisers or data brokers.Limited information may be processed by:Apple for App Store purchases, subscriptions, transaction verification, and app distribution

The session history is cleared; or
The ParaPulse application is removed from the device.Temporary camera-analysis and body-position information is discarded during or immediately after processing and is not saved as part of session history.Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to questions, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies and legal obligations.Data SecurityParaPulse uses reasonable measures designed to protect information under its control. However, no device, electronic-storage method, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices and Apple Accounts.Children’s PrivacyParaPulse is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a support request, they may contact ParaPulse Support to request its deletion.Device PermissionsParaPulse requests device permissions only when they are needed for a feature. Users may review or revoke permissions through the iOS Settings application.Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working. For example, disabling camera access will prevent the SLS camera and visual position-tracking features from operating.Apple requires apps to clearly explain their privacy practices and protected-resource usage, including camera and microphone access. The disclosures in App Store Connect should match the app’s actual behavior and any third-party software included in the app.Entertainment DisclaimerParaPulse is intended for entertainment, experimentation, and environmental observation.The SLS camera, position tracking, generated words, sensor readings, and other app results do not scientifically identify, detect, verify, or prove the existence of ghosts, spirits, entities, paranormal activity, or supernatural communication.Camera tracking may identify ordinary people, images, screens, furniture, shadows, patterns, or other objects as human-like shapes.Changes to This Privacy PolicyThis Privacy Policy may be updated when ParaPulse’s features, technology, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.Updates will be posted on the ParaPulse privacy-policy page with a revised effective date.
